"What If Easter Is Real?" Response Guide

Watch the Video

The campaign's theme is "What If Easter Is Real?" The Big Idea, or Core Message, is that Easter is not just a story but a real hope from a God who meets people exactly where they are—in their doubt, pain, and uncertainty. The main point is that God's love comes to a person first; they do not have to be perfect. The primary Call to Action is "Chat Now" which invites people to talk to someone who cares.

Target Audience:

This campaign is targeted to someone, who is typically not a Christian and is going through a heavy season of life. They may be skeptical, dealing with "real life, real pain, real doubt," and feel unseen or forgotten.

Their unspoken need is to know that "hope is real—and that God hasn’t forgotten me." A person who clicks the "Chat Now" button is in a mixed emotional state, taking a "Step Toward Hope." He or she may be feeling:

  • Uncertainty/Doubt: They feel skeptical and distant, even as others celebrate.

  • Weariness/Pain: They are carrying the weight of struggles and feel lonely or confused.

  • Curiosity/Hope: They are open to the possibility that hope is stronger than death.

Ultimately, they are looking for peace and a person who will simply listen to them.
