Having Trouble with PATH?
If you are having issues with your PATH account, please try the steps below to ensure you have the latest version of PATH. If, after following the steps below, you are still experiencing trouble, please submit a support ticket here.
Log out of PATH and close all your internet windows. Then log back into PATH.
If that doesn’t work, perform a “Hard Reset” by:
On Mac/Apple: press the command+shift+R keys
On Windows/PC : press CTRL+Shift+R keys
On an iPad or iPhone:
Chrome: tap the 3 dots in the lower right corner and tap Reload.
Safari: tap the round reload arrow.
If that doesn’t work, open PATH https://path.globalmediaoutreach.com/ in an Incognito (Private Browsing) window:
In Chrome on a computer:
Select the three dot icon in the upper-right corner.
Select “New Incognito window” from the drop-down menu.
In Chrome on an iPhone:
Select the three dots in the lower right corner and select “New Incognito tab.”
In Chrome on an Android phone:
Select "More" to the right of the address bar, and then tap "New Incognito tab."
In Safari on a MacBook:
Open Safari and click on File in the menu bar at the very top.
Choose New Private Window, and you will get a new window to browse privately in Safari on Mac.
Alternatively, you can use the Mac shortcut Command + Shift + N to access incognito mode in Safari.
In Safari on an iPad:
Select the square menu icon and select “Private.”
You may need to clear the cache for PATH on your web browser. Our computers like to save what webpages look like so the website will load more quickly. But sometimes they save too much, causing problems in PATH.

Select the three dots in the upper right
Select Settings
Select Privacy and Security
Select Third-party cookies
Select See All site data and permissions
Search for Path.globalmediaourtreach.com
And select the little trashcan beside it

To clear Safari cache on iPhone and iPad
Select the Settings icon (little gear)
Scroll down to and tap on Safari
Scroll down to and tap Advanced
Select Website Data
Select Remove All Website Data
This will clear cookies but keep your history.
Firefox
Select the three line “hamburger” in the upper right corner.
Select Settings
Select Privacy & Security (padlock icon)
Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data
Select “Clear data”
Select Cookies and site data and Temporary cached files and pages

In Microsoft Edge
In the three dot menu in the upper right, select Settings
Search for “Privacy, search, and services”
Select “Clear browsing data” and “Click what to clear”
Select “Choose what to clear”
Under Time range, choose a time range.
